Products came timely and fairly easy to install

Only one suggestion is I was direction was more clear on filters to order for one year vs. two year filter. Since I’m new to product and replacing filters for first time, I became confused and ordered an additional post filter which I did not need. No other issue.

deficient filter

the post filter does not allow water to come out of the unit after three cycles. The filter has loose particles in it that rattles when shaken. This is the second post filter and does the same. I have requested a phone call several times and only received a partial message once.
