Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance by clicking here.

Sale items: Can be returned for exchange or refund in accordance with the following policy.

Order cancellation: We want you to receive the product as soon as possible; most items are shipped from our distribution center closest to you. Once the order is placed, including automatic subscription renewal orders, it enters our fulfillment network, and we can’t change or cancel anything.

Please get in touch with us by clicking here, and we will do our best to update or cancel your order. However, the change or cancellation is not guaranteed, and the return process outlined below may still need to be followed.

This exchanges, returns, and refunds policy is not the same as a warranty policy. Most RKIN water systems come with a 1-year or lifetime warranty. Please refer to product-specific warranties outlined on the product pages. Replacement filter cartridges are considered consumables and are not covered under warranty.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product unless a specific satisfaction guarantee (please see below) is listed in the product description and/or sales page on the rkin.com website. New, unused products may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Replacement filter cartridges with open or missing factory-sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You have been provided with the RMA number by the RKIN staff
  • The RMA number is clearly visible on the packaging or shipping label
  • The returned item is delivered, to the address specified in the RMA, within 21 calendar days of the RMA being generated

Shipping and shipping insurance charges: Shipping and any other charges incurred in connection with returning a product are NOT covered by RKIN and are non-refundable. Use any carrier of your choice. Please retain shipping insurance for the return package to make sure the insurance provider will cover the item in case of damage or loss of the returned item.

Once the returned item is received, RKIN will inspect the returned item and issue a refund to the original payment method used within 7 to 10 business days.

The RKIN team is dedicated to providing renowned excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with the RKIN water system, simply contact us to obtain an RMA number and return shipping address within one year from the purchase date.

Before you return a product under 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee, please make sure that:

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You have been provided with the RMA number by the RKIN staff
  • The RMA number is clearly visible on the packaging or shipping label
  • The returned item is adequately packaged to prevent damages during shipping
  • The returned item is delivered, to the address specified in the RMA, within 21 days of the RMA being generated

After the 30-day return window, a 25% restocking fee and the following return shipping policy will apply.
